1927 Restaurant is a genuine family restaurant located in the picturesque Spinola bay, St Julian's specialising in fresh seasonal Maltese food. Kevin Galea the Chef Patron has extensive experience in the catering industry having worked in a top 5 star hotel prior to embarking on the 1927 adventure with his childhood friend George. Each day Kevin and his team prepare specials that highlight what's fresh from the local market. Whatever treasures he finds are used to make the day's soups, antipastos, pasta and main courses. Additionally, 1927 Restaurant Malta is very popular among the locals for its take on the famous Maltese dish of pan-fried local Rabbit served with house made potatoes with garlic and rosemary.
